Developing a Culture of Service

Let Us All Unite!

One of the most important parts of unifying a group or neighborhood is service. Many times, we as individuals look at ourselves as wanting to take care of our own needs first, not asking for help, and then afterwards, being too tired or exhausted to reach out to help others. Another approach that would overcome this obstacle is this:

What if we opened ourselves up to create an active culture of service, where we communicate our needs with others, and are willing to help others as our first response?

By making ourselves available to give and receive help, we would not only integrate all our strengths in a common cause, but we would also more fully get to know each other better, appreciate, and love, all while creating stronger bonds in our brotherhood Quorum

Just think of all the missionary and activity involvement this would bring to the Ward. In these latter-days, let us shine through!
